These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the website mks.company and of the internal tools and applications operated by MKS DIGITAL COMPANY LTDA ("MKS", "we", "us"), CNPJ 54.406.548/0001-65. By accessing our website or using our tools, you agree to these Terms.

1. About MKS

MKS is a performance marketing company that plans, produces and manages direct-response advertising campaigns on platforms such as Meta and TikTok, and develops internal technology to measure and report on the results of those campaigns.

2. Use of the website

This website is informational. You may browse it for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to interfere with its operation, access restricted areas without authorization, or use it to transmit harmful or illegal content.

3. Internal tools and platform integrations

MKS operates internal applications that connect to the official APIs of advertising platforms, such as the TikTok API for Business and the Meta Marketing API, to read advertising account and campaign performance data. These applications:

• Are intended exclusively for use by MKS team members and authorized partners;
• Only access advertising accounts that MKS owns or has been explicitly authorized to manage by the account holder;
• Are used to consolidate reports, monitor results and support decisions about our own campaigns;
• Must be used in accordance with these Terms, our Privacy Policy and the terms and policies of each platform.

Access to these tools is personal and may be suspended or revoked at any time. Account holders can withdraw their authorization through the settings of the respective platform or by contacting us.

4. Acceptable use

Users of our tools must not: share access credentials; access data from accounts they are not authorized to manage; attempt to circumvent technical limits or security measures; or use data obtained through the platforms for purposes other than those permitted by the platform and by MKS.

5. Intellectual property

The content of this website, including texts, layout, logo and internal software, belongs to MKS or is used under license, and may not be reproduced without prior written authorization. Meta, Facebook, Instagram and TikTok are trademarks of their respective owners; their mention on this website does not imply affiliation with or endorsement by those companies.

6. Third-party services

Our website and tools may reference or depend on third-party services. MKS is not responsible for the content, availability or practices of those services, which are governed by their own terms and policies.

7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The website and the information on it are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, MKS is not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the website or our tools, or for temporary interruptions caused by third-party providers.
