This Privacy Policy explains how MKS DIGITAL COMPANY LTDA ("MKS", "we", "us"), a company registered in Brazil under CNPJ 54.406.548/0001-65, collects, uses, shares and protects personal data when you visit mks.company, contact us, or when our internal tools connect to advertising platforms on behalf of accounts we own or are authorized to manage. We process personal data in accordance with the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018, "LGPD") and other applicable laws.

1. Data controller

2. Data we collect

• Contact data: when you email us, we receive your name, email address and the content of your message.
• Website technical data: our hosting provider automatically records server logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested and date and time of access) for security and operational purposes. This website does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking tools.
• Advertising platform data: our internal reporting tools connect to the official APIs of advertising platforms, such as the TikTok API for Business and the Meta Marketing API, only after explicit authorization by the holder of the advertising account. Through these integrations we access advertising account information and campaign performance data, for example account and campaign names, ad creatives, spend, impressions, clicks and conversions. These data refer to the ad accounts we own or manage and are generally aggregated; we do not use these integrations to identify individual users of those platforms.
• Authorized user data: when a team member authorizes an integration, the platform may share basic profile information (such as name, user ID and email) and an access token, which we use only to keep the connection working.

3. How we use data

• To respond to messages, business inquiries and partnership requests;
• To generate internal reports and dashboards on the performance of our advertising campaigns;
• To manage, optimize and audit the campaigns we operate;
• To keep our website and systems secure and working properly;
• To comply with legal and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell personal data, and we do not use data obtained from advertising platforms for any purpose other than the ones described above or in a way that violates the terms of those platforms.

4. Legal bases

We process personal data based on the legal grounds provided in the LGPD, in particular: performance of a contract or preliminary procedures related to it; our legitimate interests in operating and measuring our marketing activities, always respecting your fundamental rights; compliance with legal or regulatory obligations; and consent, when required.

5. Sharing

We share personal data only when necessary and with:

• Service providers that support our operations, such as hosting, cloud infrastructure and email providers, bound by confidentiality and data protection obligations;
• The advertising platforms themselves, as part of the normal use of their services;
• Public authorities, when required by law or court order.

6. International transfers

Some of our service providers and the advertising platforms we use may store or process data outside Brazil. In these cases we adopt the safeguards required by the LGPD to ensure an adequate level of protection.

7. Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Access tokens for advertising platforms are kept only while the authorization is active. When an authorization is revoked or no longer needed, we stop collecting data from that integration and delete the associated tokens.

8. Security

We use technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to authorized team members and secure storage of credentials. No system is completely secure, but we work continuously to protect the information we handle.

9. Your rights

Under the LGPD you may request: confirmation that we process your data; access to your data; correction of incomplete, inaccurate or outdated data; anonymization, blocking or deletion of unnecessary or excessive data; data portability; information about the entities with which we share your data; and revocation of consent. To exercise these rights, email contato@mks.company. We will respond within the time limits established by law. You may also file a complaint with the Brazilian National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).

10. Revoking platform authorizations

Account holders can revoke our access to an advertising account at any time through the settings of the respective platform (for example, in TikTok for Business or in Meta Business settings), or by contacting us. After revocation, we stop accessing data from that account and delete the related access tokens.

11. Children

Our website and services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised. Significant changes will be highlighted on this page.
